韬奋日记：火烧旺地.

我家上一次真正大烧是2012年， 然后今年就烧了两个， 年初的 duplex赔了20多万， 昨天晚上又烧了一个楼， 起火原因是一个老头 smoking while his oxygen tank still on, so it exploded, the good thing is he only got 3rd degree burn and no one else really got injured.

 Estimated lost 700-800k, 火灾对房东来说， 如果没重大伤亡， 是个好事， 最后得到一新楼 + a year of free rents, if keep good budget maybe even pocket 200k.
