请问：我在修理煤气热水炉进水管

为什么我把煤气热水炉进水龙头关了，但在使用其他任何水龙头

（如浴室、厨房、等）的冷水龙头、关掉冷水水龙头后，热水龙头有差不多等量的溜出来？

不是已经关了热水炉进龙头了吗？为啥还是有水流经热水炉？
