【问】信用报告：closed accounts, student loan - payment deferred 是什么

在信用报告上 （Zillow application的）：

In Closed accounts section, it shows "Dept Of Education/neln Education Loan) with Balance of $4,000+ , and comment: "Student loan - payment deferred" . 这个student loan是2011年的。 The borrower filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2015 and received discharged judgement.

 

这是什么意思？是指 这个loan不用还了吗？因为它是在 Closed accounts section.

What questions I need to ask the potential applicant?
