房客要求换这个，大家看看是房东的责任吗

白玉房，房客发text说it seems the humidifier pads for the heating system and the water filter for the fridge need replacing. 

第一次有房客提这个要求。这是房东的责任吗。尤其是第二个，冰箱的water filter 也要由房东换吗。

还好这个是local, 要在异地，我还得找人。
