热水器发噪声怎么处理？

出租房，房客抱怨热水器hot water heater每次启动的时候make crazy noise whenever the boiler starts working, 5-6 times every day.

请问是一定要找HVAC technician维修吗？还是有什么简单的办法修理。

噪声的视频。 视频拍的是打开furnace room门的时候听到的噪音。

Furnace room比较暗，打开门后，hot water heater看上去是这样的：
