请问electric water heater 缓慢漏水，是修还是装新的。

房客说storm后发现water heater 有water leak, 现在还在slowing leaking. 我想找人去修。但是刚发现这个water heater 是2012年install的，还值得找人修吗，还是干脆买个新的。如果买个新的，大家知道home depot 会installation 的service吗。
