新手问： 如何独立再run一遍背景调查

用Zillow Rental Manager， 但是看了旧帖子，发现Zillow Rental Manager 有时会不全。 大家推荐一下在哪里做比较全面的background check ？ smartmove 就可以吗？还是需要自己查court record 和买credit report？ 如何查court record？
