请教屋顶在原shingle上加一层新shingle或者铲掉全换新，25年寿命材料现在市场价格大致在什么范围？

啥也不做保险公司不再续保。

请大家帮忙看看：加一层或换新层哪个选择性价比高？屋顶至少有20年旧，但从没有漏雨迹象。房子在南加内陆，是ranch平层前后人字形屋脊1100 sft。
