今天驱逐最后一步 lock out

定在1:15。早上7点租客打电话留言说end of the day will move. Need more time.

我当然还是要在1:15去。

是不是就把锁换了，不锁门，等她搬完，明天过去锁门？

 

还有一个问题：这个租户是Section8 housing 已经知道我在驱逐她，她有找到一个房子，voucher transfer到下一个房东那里。难道housing不应该取消voucher吗？

 

我们这里是有几步 filing for eviction- get judgement - file for repossession- lock out date then eviction is completed  after 30 days, I need to certifule tye judgement. 
 

租户还欠我3000刀。我是要不回来了。但是，我怎样才能让housing取消她的voucher呢？
