紧急请教守月和其他佛州朋友关于奥兰多出租房装空调的问题

PM说楼上空调坏了，要换，3 ton 空调with heat pump , 加温控器和架子，$6600. 

我想请教几个问题：

1. 如果以前只是普通空调，奥兰多现在需要heat pump吗？

2. 一般的空调一般安装费多少？ 我网上查了下，空调本身只要1500 -2500 啊？

问PM 这个报价是什么牌子和上面两个问题，答非所问，之说找了三家，这家是最便宜的，说都是打电话问的，没有邮件也没有paper. 

非常感谢for any idea. 如果能有任何local service contact information, 那几太好了。
