Old catridge plumber took out 2 years ago and he left me a new one too.
(A plumber changed both hot and cold ones when only cold one leaked probably 2 years ago but hot water side drips occasionally now. There may be sand from hot water heater. Time to flush the catridge if I can take it out)

I may be able to remove the catridge extender but there is still access problem. (Update: I called American Standard. This bottom hex size is wrong. There is no removal tool for this type of cartridge)
Moen catridge removal tool does not work on this. Quite long but Meon catridge has two notches.
