房子一侧下雨会积水几天，要找人修吗，请看图

请看下面的图。房客说院子一侧下完雨会积水几天，他怕长久对房子的foundation有影响，所以跟我说一下。这是什么问题，要找人看吗。房客没要求修，他说他只是怕long term 有影响对我的房子不好，觉得有义务告诉我。院子里有游泳池，跟游泳池会有关系吗。谢谢。
