Gas Fireplace 問題請教

請看這張照片。墻上黃圈内的是火爐開關，本應該開關打開了，爐内的火就點燃，現在打開開關，爐内沒有反應。爐内有一個小小的火苗，一年四季都在，冬天開火爐，需要人趴在地上，伸手進去爐内，把煤氣管子的出口擰一下，爐火就會起來。現在租客要求修，不知道該找什麽樣的公司修？電工說可能不是開關的問題，找修烟囪的公司，大概嫌活小，不太理睬我。請問大家有什麽建議？謝謝！
