Section8 租客领养了一只猫，我们双方都同意每个月加租

$50做为pet rent. 
我电邮给HA问租子需不需要调整？

HA 回复：Thank you for reaching out to us. As far as the payment to have an animal this is on the tenant. We have nothing to do with additional payments that are not a part of rent and utilities.

这样子的话我就自己和租客做份addendum收这个$50就行了吧？

当然，万一以后会有驱逐的话，安全为上不会加这$50 as the none-payment amount.
