自住房变出租房后院 deck 处理

我们从前一个自住房搬到新购买的房屋，原来的自住房打算出租，后院的 deck 因为年久缺乏很好的维护而比较破败，考虑推到重建deck 还是推倒旧deck 在原有地方铺水泥地，  没有经验，所以来房版取取经，听听各位的建议，哪个选项更适合我们目前的情况，谢谢
