房价开始下降了

一个月前我联系一个中介去看房，没看中。几天后，他说他有一个 off market listing， 我去看了，挺喜欢的，80万，但是风水师说朝向不好让我不要买。今天这个房子上市了，价格是69.9万。

好多房子开始降价五六万了。但还是有些房子一直放着不肯降价。
