not long enough. There is 100 ft one. I remember there was snake head with cutter.
Check if there is tree around sewer line that grows really tall. (kill the roots around sewer line?) Those clay sewage pipes are bad.
I even looked up pipe in pipe option.

I had my plumber clear sewage line at one house a few years (almost once a year and it could cost quite a bit by Rooter). but no issues for new tenants for latest few years. Have not done pipe in pipe in my rentals.
