怎么处理租客情感支持动物问题？

一个人问我接不接受companion letter什么的。查了一下是ESA，应该就是说emotional support animal.

算是三只大狗，两只husky (60 & 45 lbs), 及一只Aussie (35 lbs)

现在因为另外买房，需要尽快出租

但首先别的不说，三只狗本来就非常糟蹋房子

还别说想让它们免费住了

请问你们怎么处理情感支持动物问题？
