请问Section 8 with credit score of 690多可以租吗

好区白玉房，今年不太好租，已经一个月没租出去。有个section 8 申请，说是从2011年就开始section 8. 好像很少有section8 这么高credit score的。请问这种可以租吗？以前从未租过 section 8
