好险！现在的房子卖不出去。。。。。。

老公还在不停的夸俺【快手远见女】！

俺在4月修老condoi，5月卖，已经开始吃力了，弄了40天，降价1万，给买房8000 closing fee，才脱手。

6月马上买了湖景房，做完了1030。。。。。。。

新买房又来个6000的PB pipe置换，搞的灰头土脸。

 

那屋的gas fireplace，还不会开，以前没弄过。你教教吧！谢谢！

 

现在的zillow要卖的房，没人买。新的卖房也少出，出的都是特烂房！
