这样的房客能考虑吗

房子挺新的，位置也不错，房租2600. 市场不景气，几个礼拜没有像样的申请人。今天有一家来看，要申请。老公是卡车司机，老婆是给人做cleaning 的，两个女儿，老大在daycare做，老二还在上学。老公年薪7.2万，老婆说年收入三万多，老大的收入也是三万多。家庭收入加起来倒是够了。老婆的信用是679,老公是580. 据他说是因为有个fraud charge 影响了他的信用，他要去申诉。也不知是真是假。因为心里有点犹豫，所以问他们要一个半月的押金，再加500的pet 押金。他们有点犹豫，可能一下要出很多钱，有点吃不消。押金加第一个月房租要7000了。

请问这样的租客能考虑吗。
