”Police said we have to file an Eviction notice，through the Sheriff's Office. A hearing will be held 8 to 15 days after you file. Then if evicted, they have 3o days to move out”

那自己去file an Eviction? 还是找PM file? 如果自己去file,是不是本人要出庭？PM去file,房主就不用出庭？
