我的朋友圈经常看到佛州的新房大降价（从40万降到30万这样的），尤其是奥兰多周边。

这位地产人士分析了几个原因：

- 房价过去几年涨得太猛

- 政治气候变差（比如中国人买房是重罪）

- 医疗条件愈发糟糕

- 自然灾害太多 （飓风等），影响生活

- 房屋维护成本暴涨，比如房屋保险价格。
