银行appraisal下来了，说我卖房33万，不值那价！
他说：31.5万是他的估价值。
问题来了，这1万5的差价，agent说：买家和卖家各让一半！
agent说的轻松，买家卖家都不愿多付8000元啊！又不是agent出钱！
这桩买卖，也许黄了，如果，不通过，买家借不到如期的贷款。。。。。。。。

- Renegotiation: In cases of major misconceptions, buyers and sellers may renegotiate the sale price. They can find a middle ground, or, in extreme cases, cancel the deal.
