污水气味

一个月前租客说楼上淋浴/冲厕所的时候有污水气味持续， 水管工看了说找不出原因，" nothing I can do about odor it wasn`t evident when we were there before but we checked what we could. " 刚才租客又发信息："the sever smell is sill happending periodcally. "  关于这个污水气味大家有好的建议吗？
