房子在新英格兰地区，3卧2卫，1600 sqft。空调年龄23年，压缩机坏了，暖气年龄17年，还是好的。现在的报价是，如果只换空调是$6950，如果空调暖气一起换是$9857。如果是你，是只换空调还是连暖气一起换了。下面是安装空调的quote的细节，这个价格怎么样。
