请教大家，雨水从外墙一楼和二楼的连接处流进厨房的屋顶造成漏水

这应该找谁去修啊？以前找plumber查过管道没问题。房子外墙的一层和两层中有条横向的siding。Plumber发现这个横条和墙面的siding间有空隙，认为雨水从那里进到房子里了。用硅胶材料将它封死后两年多没漏过水。这两天又漏了。请问有人知道什么样的contractor 能从根本解决这个问题？
