Insect pest control有什么一劳永逸的好方法吗？

一楼有一个加建的房间，老是有很多虫子。那天爬进来一条三英寸的红色蜈蚣，小蜘蛛小蝎子更是常客，今天落地窗外安详的趴着一只五英寸的毛茸茸大蜘蛛，拍窗子赶都赶不走。

比较一劳永逸的防虫方法有什么？家里无宠物也不脏，但是后院是green belt.

听人说种一圈lemongrass可以防虫，这是真的吗？沿房子种一圈lemongrass工程量也挺大的。
