最近参加了Time Share presentation

娃爸不小心订了个听课房，我正好对Time Share有兴趣，就去参加了。这个是holiday inn club。美国有28个resorts, 墨西哥有4个。Time Share resorts 比hotel 住的舒服，有厨房和洗衣机，还有小孩玩的一些东西。价格上，比如最低是45000点，首付11000，每年付500多，订房时 69 in network，299 out of network。选择淡季出游的话可以订 2 个trips。如果不付首付的话（比如很便宜从ebay上买），还是划算的。对于将来不想保留怎么退出，sales 语音不祥，我想是不是想退出的话，如果不能协商，就选择不付了? 反正我也老了，不在乎credit.

另外如果不想sales 纠缠，最后就告诉他，ebay可以 1 dollar买。

同时我也同情那些sales，每天不停说两个小时，一年也卖不出几个。
