全新4房3卫

1，租2950，一男一女（未婚夫妇关系），男的manager at a mechanic shop, 女的日餐店，带2只小狗。收入credit都符合标准

2，$3350， 两个国内来的男生，大二的，就两个人住，我要要求他们请外人至少每月打扫一次清洁

3，租2950， 夫妻带三小孩，女的是附近大学phd student, 男的是住院医，收入不达标，credit达标
