请教Electric Range Glass Top裂开了怎么修理？

Samsung的外包技工说是外力损坏，要我们自己出钱（买了不到一年）。他们quote要五百多，因为glass top就需要四百。

请问有什么便宜的修理方法吗？买一个新的好像也只要五百多，觉得很不合算。谢谢。
