Thanks 波哥，since the contractor will provide 5/8 drywall on the two side of the room, I will consider OSB next time just to alleviate the back and forth with current contractor. But I'm considering wether to add soundproof cotton for sound insulation, according to your advice, it doest make much difference correct?
