Listing Agreement

准备签卖房合同。合同里有一段"special provisions"。上面写6个月后合同终止，经济人给我们提供free staging。但是如果我们在6个月之内终止合同，我们必须付$4000罚款。请问这会不会有潜在问题。多谢。
