地主们和铲屎官们怎么看 German Shepherd 和 French Bulldog ?

还没上任的地主，收到一个申请，有两条狗狗，German Shepherd 和 French Bulldog。我本来认为小狗可以，因为有一大批人会有狗，但我对狗狗没有概念，想问这两种破坏力强吗，是否应该直接拒绝？
