大家都知道疫情前买皮卡， 基本上都是sticker price - 10k 开始讲价的， 然后疫情来了， 皮卡都卖retail price， dealerships赚得盘满。

去年以来， 车开始卖不出去， 现在dealerships 里面的车都还满 lot 的2023.

其实不单单是卖车卖不出去， 今年冬天 rental market 也是 cool down substantially, 我现在的 vacancy rate 大概步向 8%。
