今天看到一个房子出来又有点手痒痒

Boston 还不错的区，租房火热。

已经上市快一年原价140万今天降到120万，三单元multi family,上一次交易2014 68万。

每单元3150房租，支出按20%首付，rate 7.25%, +地产税保险8800，这个苍蝇肉要不要吞？
