General contractor vs. fire restoration company(树砸了屋顶）

A big 120 feet Douglas fir tree fell on the roof of my house and caused roof truss structure damage. Roof need to be removed and replace new truss in attic. Tree entered the attic.  Should I use general contractor or fire restoration company who is more experienced with big structure repair? 房子后面还有很多参天大树,真怕十年后再倒一棵。所以想确保屋顶结构strong. 树不是我的。市政府不让砍。我的邻居十年前一棵树就倒在他的屋顶。今年又有一棵倒在他的屋顶。可笑的是他的朋友十年前帮他修房子。今年又来帮他修。他的屋顶比我的差，树slice in his house. 政府觉得树比人重要. 不让砍. 我想让restoration company make my roof stronger and find any hidden damage the tree can caused. 真怕十年后再倒一棵。不知各位网友是否有过经验.restoration company claim they can negotiate with insurance company to get what I deserved?
