自住房暂时出租问题

各位大佬， 请教一个问题。我们因为搬到另一个地方，自住房没卖成，找了家住户想租4年。租户挺好， 不想中途让他们搬走。 那我们4年后卖， 有什么办法保住50万的增值免税？谢谢大家出主意。
