Roof replacement cost

一千尺加两车库，算1400尺吧，单层SFH, 有multiple leak, replace roof加上换几块有water damage的ceiling和deck, $7,900.  这个价格还行吗？

屋顶是比较矮的那种，不是gable roof, 换的就是standard 30year shingle
