东京到上海机票，季节差价很大吗？来回比单程便宜？

三月机票非常便宜。我要五月初东京到上海，单程，直飞的最低$746。 来回反而只要 $703。

所以我的问题：
1. 东京到上海机票，三月和五月差这么多，是因为季节原因，五月本来就贵，还是因为现在离五月还太远，四月订五月的票就也有$300以下的了？
2.来回就是比买单程便宜吗？
