一个普通中产小区的SFH,坐标亚特兰大北边，市场价房租$2000，我为了快点租出去只要1900，收了不少申请但是都是信用分太差。现在终于有一家靠谱的，一个二十多的年轻couple，还没结婚，有俩看起来三四岁的小孩儿，还有个小狗。女的以前是美发师，后来估计专心在家带孩子；男的是paramedic，收入勉强达标，银行存款只有1000多。他们自己汇报说信用分都是700多，我还没有查。我觉得他们还可以，只是有一点点不太满意：他们4/1才入住，而我的房子现在就是空的，也就是说还得再空俩月；屋子里有地毯，2021年的房子，地毯还挺好的，我是prefer没有宠物的；我是准备明年把房租涨到2000市场价的，他们不会付不出来吧？

宠物我是收250 at move in plus $50/month

大家觉得我是就跟他们签约了呢还是再等等有没有能早点搬入的？补充：这个小区现在有好几个房子在招租。
