差不多 2012 应该是谷底。我们的自住房差不多是 2016 年出水的。

不过 08 年暴跌的时候有一些 Condo 两年时间就掉了80%， 比如我家领导帮我在加拿大的同学买的两个公寓，从前房东买的时候的21万两年后跌到了4万多。
