求建议：出租房的洗衣机烘干机是在车库的，冬天冷死了，也怕洗衣机水管接口处爆管，能给车库做什么？

1.给车库门winterize 加隔离膜，漏缝加weather stripping. 这样夏天会热死不？我这里夏天巨热。

2.车库屋顶是平，有个梯子拿下来可以上去attic的那种，所以车库屋顶也做不了什么了吧。
