现在要不要考虑卖房

市场低迷，因为房价涨了几轮，现在贷款占比已经不到三分之一了，大量equity被锁死。感觉从equity 利用率上考虑，实在太低了。

卖房可惜的是1）低息贷款没了；2）看不到下个房地产风口，做不了1031。
