furnace不工作了，换部件还是换新炉

刚熬过了两周摄氏零下三四十的低温，家里给二楼供暖的炉子就罢工了。

最开始是发现不供暖了，关上再开启之后只会启动一分钟左右，地板上的出风口先是出冷空气，还没等出暖风，炉子就停止工作了。发现问题后准备请人来看，没想到它又莫名其妙正常工作了。正常运作几天之后，就又出现同样的问题，之后再也没回复工作。目前二楼供暖全靠电暖气和给一楼和地下室供暖的炉子撑着。 

请了维修师傅来看，说是error code 31，是pressure switch坏了。十五六年的Carrier，师傅说厂家配件存货不多，要配件很费劲，时间也长，哪怕能跟厂家订到配件，也不能保证还能工作多少年，再说就是pressure switch好了也不一定保证没有别的问题，鉴于Carrier这些年质量有问题，建议换Lennox牌的新炉子，大约花费四千五到五千。另外一个选择就是换上他们自己仓库里退休了的炉子上的二手pressure switch，但只保证能用一年。 

临时没有这四五千的预算，所以不太倾向于换新的炉子。请问换二手pressure switch可行吗？多谢！
