请教各位地主，柠檬，老猫：出租屋后院树倒了，压坏邻居的shed。

坐标加拿大BC 省，有一间detached house，整个house出租给一户租客。昨晚租客告诉我因为大风，后院靠近围栏的一颗树倒向邻居的后院，万幸没有压到房子或人。不过树枝将邻居后院的shed屋顶压穿了一个洞。这种情况我该怎么做？还没有咨询我的保险公司，先来这里问问。
