年过半百，一个出租房也没有。在大千潜水n年，不得赚钱要领。2022一年下来，股票缩水，东西更贵了。发誓一定要买一个出租房保值。打算以后在此潜水学习，如果偶尔冒泡还请大地主们赐教。在此提前叩拜，祝新老地主2023如意，发财。

从今天起工资存起来准备down payment. 时机一来就出手，耐心等待。
