新手请教报税中房子的折旧问题

本人在南加的房子出租。作为新手第一次报税，通常使用TurboTax报税，找到家具，电器之类的可以折旧。听说房子也可以折旧，但是在TurboTax里找不到可以输入的地方，也不知能折旧多少。请经验丰富的前辈指点一下小白。谢谢！
