刚问了银行利率，天杀的，不去看房了。你们那里的利率多少？有人网上贷款吗？

看上一个还不错大约160K的小房子，想约agent去看，花个6000小弄一下，可以租到1350. 

刚打电话问了银行，投资房30年fixed，20%down的利率还在8%-8.1%左右，每个月要还款就是1350，没有余钱买保险和维修了。天杀的，所以我觉得不要浪费时间去看房了。
