Escrow account 要不要关掉，贷款早就少于50%.大家谈谈

刚刚看了一下，每年Escrow 帐上要压不少钱，不如每月放到money market，分红都到5%。conventional loan 在贷款不高的情况下应该可以拿掉escrow 吧？

只是每年要记住付保险和税。保险用信用卡可以拿不少点数，税的话可以年头或是年尾灵活付，这样的话可以根据收入调节税率。
